LINKEDIN GHOSTWRITING · FOR COACHES

You’ve built a career most people would envy. You’ve got speaking events lined up, a book out — so why is it still so hard to say what you do?

Years of experience yet still freezing on what’s worth posting. Whether anyone cares. Whether content even works for someone like you.

But the thing is: you already know what to say. You just don’t know how to make it work.

That part’s mine.

WHY MOST COACHES STAY INVISIBLE

I’ve been in this niche a while, and the coaches losing on LinkedIn almost always lose one of three ways.

01

You don’t post at all.

Referrals carry you, until the month they don’t. Meanwhile, the coach with half your experience is in your prospect’s feed every week, and you’re nowhere to be found.

02

You post, but it’s just noise.

Plenty of coaches are “active” but that activity adds nothing.

Reposts with no opinion. One-liners anyone could’ve written. Motivational quotes and blog-flavoured filler that fills the feed and says nothing about why you’re the one for the job.

03

You lean on what you’ve done, not what you can do.

Your bio lists the credentials. Credentials prove you’re qualified; they don’t make anyone feel like you’re the person who gets them.

Different symptoms, one root: you don’t know what to say, or you don’t have time to say it right. Both are fixable.

LinkedIn content doesn’t have to be a performance. It can be real. And it can feel real.

Many ghostwriters I see focus on giving you the posts, calendars, hooks, frameworks. That’s execution. That’s very important, but if that’s the whole offer, the writing reads like it.

The part they neglect is the part I live in.

I study your client as closely as I study you: what scares them, what they’re sick of seeing, what makes them stop and read it. I read the feeling underneath and write straight to it.

If something underperforms, I don’t go quiet and leave you on read. I find out why, and I fix it. So when it gets hard, I never quit.

Your presence sharpens, and your trust in me grows with it.

But my main goal isn’t to make you sound impressive. Or even sexy. I want people to want you. Only you. And they will. Because they will finally understand exactly what you do.

OKAY, BUT WHY YOU?

I grew up inside this. Reading online, writing online, watching how attention actually moves, even before I was old enough to call it a skill. It’s the only way my brain knows how to think. There’s really no sophisticated tactic behind it, but it’s a natural advantage I developed over the years.

Why is it an advantage?

The people your clients want to reach are younger professionals and the next wave of leaders. These people speak a language most coaching still can’t quite get right. It’s stiff, corporate. I do the opposite. I write the version that sounds like a person, because that version is native to me.

I can sit with a 25-year-old who just opened their startup with nobody behind them to support their vision. I can sit with the executive who’s lost the spark for work they used to love.

I write to both. I understand both.

THE PROCESS

01

We start with one real conversation.

Think of it as a therapy session for your career.

You relax and answer questions nobody’s thought to ask you. By the end I’ve got your story, your beliefs, and the exact problems you solve.

02

I learn your voice before I write a word.

I go through everything you’ve already put out, then layer in what I heard from you. Not so it sounds like me. So that when someone reads a post, they think: yeah, that’s something this person would say.

03

You get posts ready to go.

Three to four a week, built in formats that are up-to-date with current algorithms and designed to capture attention. You read them, change a word if you want, and we schedule.

04

I make sure the right people see them.

The first hour after a post lands, I’m in the comments on your behalf. On the bigger package, I’m also putting you in front of the exact people you want to work with, so your presence keeps working 24/7 while you’re with clients.

05

We read the data and adjust.

Each month I pull what worked, work out why, and lean into it. Nothing stays guesswork for long.

All I need from you weekly: one 40-minute call.
